How this draft works, and what must be confirmed before launch.

UNPUBLISHED DRAFT · OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED

Approve controller/trading identity and a monitored business contact; confirm the public business address and required company disclosures separately from the private accommodation address. Verify Framer/Google data flows, cookies, retention and transfer safeguards, map consent/loading and final enquiry/payment providers.

1. Who is responsible

Proposed controller: Hudson Assets and Investments Ltd, operating under the Hudson Stays brand. This identity and the public business contact details must be approved before launch. The accommodation is in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire; the exact property address is not published here.

2. What this draft does today

The stay estimate planner runs in your browser. If you send an enquiry, your name, email address, dates, number of adults and optional message are emailed to the operator through Framer’s form service. The form does not create a booking or take payment. This does not mean the hosting provider or third-party embeds collect no technical data.

3. Website hosting and the map

The draft is built in Framer. Loading a hosted website can involve processing IP addresses, browser/device details and security or delivery logs by the hosting infrastructure. The home page includes a Google Maps town-level embed. The map only loads after you choose “Load interactive map”, so your device does not connect to Google for the embed until you do. Google may process technical information and use its own storage technologies. External map links take you to Google’s services.

4. Cookies, analytics and launch review

No Google Analytics tracking ID was present in the project metadata inspected for this draft. That is not a complete audit of Framer’s native analytics, server logs or browser storage. Cookie names, lifetimes, third-party behaviour and any applicable exemptions have not yet been verified. Before publication, audit the hosted site, document the actual technologies and put the required information and consent controls in place. The map now loads only after a click; assess whether that meets your consent requirements before launch. This draft does not claim that the website is cookie-free.

5. Intended enquiry and booking data

When you send an enquiry, the data is your name, contact email, requested dates, guest count and any optional message, so the operator can answer you. If a stay is agreed, booking/contact details and payment status may be needed to manage it. Avoid including sensitive personal information in an enquiry. Stripe is a planned payment provider only; it is not connected and the present draft does not collect card details.

6. Purposes and lawful bases — proposed

Responding to a requested quote and managing an agreed booking are intended to rely on steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of that contract. Accounting or other legally required records would rely on legal obligation where applicable. Proportionate website security and handling disputes may rely on legitimate interests, subject to an assessment of necessity and your interests. Where consent is legally required for a technology or optional processing, obtain it first and make withdrawal easy. No marketing subscription is created by the current planner. Final bases must match the implemented services.

7. Sharing and international transfers

Framer is the current website platform. Framer delivers enquiry emails through its form service. Stripe is only planned. Before launch, confirm the providers, their respective controller/processor roles, contracts, subprocessors, processing locations and any international transfer safeguards. This draft does not promise that information stays in the UK or that all providers act only as processors. Do not enable additional recipients without updating this notice.

8. How long information is kept

No operator retention schedule has yet been approved. Estimate planner values are held in temporary page state in your browser. Enquiry emails are kept in the operator’s mailbox, and Framer’s own retention of form submissions still needs separate verification. Hosting and third-party retention need separate verification. For a live service, set periods or criteria based on answering the enquiry, managing the stay, required accounting records and proportionate handling of disputes; review and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Publish the final criteria and provider retention information before collection begins.

9. Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; that right is highlighted here separately. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Rights are subject to applicable conditions. A monitored business privacy contact must be added before launch so requests can be made. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

10. Changes to this notice

Review this notice whenever enquiry delivery, payments, analytics, embeds or other processing changes. This is an unpublished working draft reviewed on 8 November 2026, not a certification of compliance.
